Application

Ascorbyl palmitate belongs to a fat-soluble form of vitamin C Which obtained by esterification of palmitic acid with

L- ascorbic acid. It is white or yellowish white powder with slight citrus smell.It is easy to soluble in water and

vegetable oil. It has strong antioxidant properties and it has approved for use as an antioxidant and food additive

in EU, the U.S.Canada,Australia and New Zealand.

Ascorbyl palmitate is an effective antioxidant. It is a non-acidic, stable vitamin C. It has all the physiological activities
